Kenya eTA information
How to apply for a Kenya eTA
You can apply directly through the official Government of Kenya channel. This guide explains the preparation sequence and where KenyaEntry's optional private assistance fits.
1. Check the official route and your circumstances
Confirm the current entry requirement for your nationality, residence and journey on the official channel. KenyaEntry's current customer flow is limited to a Tourism / adult / one-traveller journey and is not a substitute for official eligibility guidance.
2. Gather accurate details and files
Prepare your passport information, applicant photo, contact details, travel itinerary and accommodation information. Additional evidence may be requested for particular circumstances.
Review names, passport details and dates for consistency. Upload sensitive material only through an authenticated, secure channel.
3. Review, authorise and keep the roles clear
Before progressing, review the information and understand any authorisation you give an assistance provider. KenyaEntry's USD 40 assistance fee is separate from the standard USD 30 government fee paid through the official route.
The Government of Kenya makes the eTA decision. KenyaEntry cannot guarantee an approval or processing date.
