If you find a mistake in a Kenya eTA application
Act according to where the application is in its journey. Correct information before final review where possible; after official submission, use the official channel rather than assuming a private service can edit the government record.
Before official submission
Compare names, passport number, nationality, dates of birth, travel dates, accommodation and contact details with the underlying documents. In KenyaEntry, material changes can make an earlier review or authorisation stale so that you review the current version again.
After official submission
Use the official status or contact route for an application already submitted to the Government of Kenya. Whether a field can be corrected, or a new application is needed, depends on the official process and the facts of the case.
When a passport or itinerary changes
A replacement passport or materially changed journey can affect core application information. Do not rely on an old authorisation without checking the current official instruction.
