Kenya eTA information

Official Kenya eTA route or independent assistance?

Both paths begin with a clear distinction: the Government of Kenya operates and decides the eTA, while KenyaEntry offers optional private preparation assistance.

Apply directly through the official channel

You can prepare and submit through the official government route yourself. The government controls requirements, document acceptance, fees, processing and decisions.

Choose KenyaEntry assistance

KenyaEntry offers a structured customer journey, preparation guidance and support for its service. Its USD 40 assistance fee does not include the standard USD 30 government fee, which is paid separately through the official route.

KenyaEntry is not affiliated with the Government of Kenya and cannot guarantee approval, influence a decision or turn a service update into an official status.

Choose based on the help you need

Use the official route if you are comfortable handling the process directly. Consider independent assistance if structured preparation and a customer support pathway are valuable to you. Always verify changing official requirements at source.
