Preparing documents for a Kenya eTA application
Good preparation helps you respond accurately when documents are needed. Requirements may vary by traveller and trip, and further information may be requested.

Use the official eTA information as the source of truth for what applies to you.
Make documents easy to review
Use clear, complete files. Check that dates, spelling and itinerary details are consistent with the information you provide in the application. Do not alter documents to make them appear to say something else.
Use the secure portal
If KenyaEntry asks for a document, upload it through the authenticated customer portal rather than sending it by ordinary email. The portal keeps the request and your response connected to the correct case.
