Kenya eTA information
Prepare a clear application photo
A usable photo should make it straightforward to identify the applicant. Check the current official guidance and any instructions shown in your authenticated application.
Keep the image clear
Choose a recent, clear likeness with the face visible. Avoid blur, glare, heavy shadows, filters or obstructions that make the image difficult to assess.
Use a simple setting
Use even lighting and a plain background where practical. Prepare the original image carefully before upload and review it at normal size to make sure it is sharp.
Follow the live instructions
Do not rely on unverified internet dimension or file rules. If an official portal or the KenyaEntry customer portal shows a current file instruction, follow that instruction for your application.
