Understanding Kenya eTA status and follow-up

A KenyaEntry service update is not the same as an official government decision. This guide explains how to respond safely and what independent follow-up can mean.

Use your secure case view

KenyaEntry customers can sign in to see KenyaEntry service progress, requested next actions and customer-visible updates. Use the authenticated portal rather than sending sensitive documents by email.

When a document is requested

A request means KenyaEntry needs more information to progress its assistance workflow. It does not itself mean that the Government of Kenya has approved, refused or reviewed an eTA.

Read the customer-facing message, check the relevant traveller and upload a clear response through the secure portal.

Already applied elsewhere

KenyaEntry can provide independent follow-up assistance for an existing application. This does not provide government-system access, influence, a guaranteed response or expedited processing.
