Kenya eTA: a clear place to start

Kenya's electronic travel authorisation (eTA) is part of the travel process for visitors to Kenya. KenyaEntry provides optional, independent assistance with preparing an application; we do not issue eTAs or make government decisions.

What the eTA is

The Kenyan Directorate of Immigration Services operates the eTA service. Official information says visitors, including infants and children, should have an approved eTA before their journey begins.

Travellers should check current official information for their own nationality, journey and circumstances before making travel plans.

Choose the route that suits you

You can apply through the official government channel yourself. KenyaEntry is an optional private assistance service for travellers who want structured guidance, document prompts and a secure customer portal.

KenyaEntry cannot decide an application, guarantee approval or control a government processing date.
